tpFormer

Topology-aware RNA structure modeling that brings sequence, contacts, and evolutionary information into iterative refinement.

tpFormer is an active research project exploring how sequence information, structural topology, and evolutionary constraints can inform RNA structure prediction.

The conceptual approach considers contact and topology representations together, with iterative refinement connecting them to sequence and multiple sequence alignment (MSA) information. This page presents the research idea; implementation details and results are not part of this public overview.
